What is the relation between financial freedom and human rights,
why in the past and actual societies life is so strictly conditioned
by finance, what are the damages to our planet and resourses as
result,what are the damages to human dignity, why we continue
to stay in these conditions.
Management of the International and national Social Investment,
fundamental objectives are to be defined, identification of the population of the communities, social actions investment, free
market.
The requirements wages, pensions, healthcare, which already
taken in charge and covered more or less by some of the
States, but as you know governmental payments to most of
the people are not enough.
We need a new institution to protect population in all countries « more brought by world human facility WHF ».
Here is how we propose the functions
° Improvement of the living conditions of the populations
by the absorption of the variations of development and the promotion of synergies and the local co-operation
° The active contribution to the programs aiming to the durable development and the creation of richness, by privileging the freedom of choice for each individual, no one does touch any
of his social human rights. Everyone does what he desires if it is
accepted by civil cultur.
Consolidation of a culture of solidarity while acting simultaneously on the primary and long-term work. By never losing the resources of the populations, so that no one is victim.
As you know the aim of this project is to search a new view of socio-economical facility in societies for populations which results in better life quality for everyone in the world. With this program we should solve as much as possible the problems.
Useless competition and loss of time and energy is not needed, friendly environment in all countries is possible.
We consider availibility of possibilities in productions which are from importance for all population in each country and in the world, and we need the right methods of distribution.
Money is common medium for exchange, prices, inflation, distribution, all these can be solved easily. History of human being in societies in past centuries shows that this problem has existed always and never solved. Could we solve it long time ago, why we didn't ? Is it the reason not to solve it now?
The result we expect is the easy way of production and distribution and available money for everybody. Life quality for all people in all countries.
We propose whithout problem : printing money - production - distribution - comsumption - is not something impossible, now it's become reality!
All countries must be able to take care and work for population not against the population. Institutions are elected to serve people.
Following the coordination program WHF World Human Facilities, we propose in each country: a building, for the liaison and communication for Your Government and the Supervisor Representative WHF and all other international organizations.
This building will be permanent office of World Human Facilities in your country and be representative for your socio-economic affairs, culture, arts and technology in your country, with a permanent expert team. The budget will be given from income of your country.
We propose to coordinate for your country and the others.

As You know the Communication Office Board WHF (COB WHF) take place with permanent representatives of Your Government and Delegates from WHF, and the deployment of the WHF program in each country around the World.
